Thoroughbred Owners and/or Trainers in Ontario automatically become a member of the Horsemen’s Benevolent & Protective Association of Ontario, once they become licensed by the ORC. In order to fully take advantage of all the benefits the association provides, we encourage all new thoroughbred race horse Owners and/or Trainers to visit one our offices to complete a Membership Form.
