Reminder About Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act Compliance
23 March 2010
Welcome back to Thoroughbred racing in Ontario. We wish you all the best for this racing season.
The HBPA of Ontario will continue to communicate to the Members using the informational bullets introduced a number of years ago and later on in the month will be launching our introductory newsletter.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act Compliance (OH &S) regulations. As most of you are aware it is the employers (trainers) sole responsibility to comply with Health and Safety Regulations in the Province.
Please stop by our Fort Erie or Woodbine Backstretch Office and pick up the information package we have put together for you and a copy of the OH & S Regulations Book.
